Q1) How long do orders take to deliver?
Orders will usually be delivered within 5 working days of order. Unless we advise you otherwise.
You can select next working day delivery provided the order is placed by 12 noon. If the order is received after 12 noon it will be dispatched the following day.
Q2) How much is our delivery charge?
Delivery in most cases is free, We will advise you before shipping of any additional delivery charge for customers in areas outside of the UK mainland.
Area 1 – England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands. (This area is made up of all postcodes not mentioned in areas 2 and 3)
Area 2 – The Highlands and Islands of Scotland. (Postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE)
Area 3 – Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Isles and Isles of Scilly. (Postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25, GY, JE)
Q3) How do customers make enquiries about their order?
By telephone or email.
Q4) On what basis do you return goods?
Goods can be returned at customers own expense, within 7 days of receipt and in saleable condition. You must advise us before you send the item back to obtain a returns referance. We cannot process the refund without this reference.
PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURNING GOODS TO US UNLESS WE DELIVERED THE ITEM IN ERROR, OR THE ITEM IS FAULTY.

Q5) How do customers return goods damaged by our carrier?
Free of charge. A carrier will be arranged at out expense. (Please adivse us of any damage within 3 days of reciept. Also if the packaging is damaged when it is delivered please sign that it is)
Q6) How are payments refunded to customers for returned goods?
Refunds will be made upon reciept of the item, directly to the card used for the original purchase.
Q7) What warrantie or guarantees are provided with goods sold?
All items are guaranteed for at least 1 year against manutacturing defects. However some products will come with an extended manufactures guarantee.
